- Include a list of titles
that combine for frequency discounts.
- Include rate tables for INSERTS (or give us the formula
for how they are calculated.)
- Add Business Reply Card (BRC) and 5 color rates if they
are not included on your rate card.
- Carefully review all contact information. Do
we have the correct name, address, phone, fax and email?
- Include the precise issue dates that will appear on
the invoice to the advertiser. Our MARS Online users tell
us it is vitally important that the issue date on the Insertion
Order match exactly to the issue date listed on your invoice
to them. If the issue carries no “day,” just
indicate month and year, i.e. April 2012. If there
is a “day,” such as April 1, 2012, however,
please indicate that.
- Include new demographic editions. Delete any that have
been discontinued.
- Supply a separate rate card for each combination buy
you want to appear in MARS Online
- Submit a separate rate card for each supplement, even
if the rates are the same as the primary book.
- Include your email address – it helps us communicate
with you quickly and efficiently.
